But first, paper weights! Icon Heroes' latest creations are Kirk and Spock statue paper weights. Captain Kirk is seven-and-a-half inches tall, while Spock is almost eight. Made of resin, they should arrive in October.

Uglydoll Star Treking at Comic Con
Uglydoll had an impressive and mostly Star Trek themed display at the San Diego Comic Con this weekend, including all their current Star Trek Uglydolls, the new Comic Con exclusive Klingon and redshirt, and massive eye-catching graphics from Fathead. They also some Star Trek themed give-aways, and new sets of Star Trek Uglydoll Fathead stickers. Continue below to check it all out. Here's the booth in all it's glory:
There were hordes of plushes, under big banners, my favourite juxtaposition has the Uglydoll Klingon standing over numerous redshirt corpses!

Uglydolls Comic Con Star Trek exclusives
Pretty Ugly have revealed two new Star Trek Uglydolls, which will be available exclusively at the San Diego Comic Con next month. Babo's Bird has adopted the role of redshirt, and unfortunately didn't last long in the role! Perhaps this is due to Wedgehead's new persona as a Klingon...
These two join five other TOS characters which were released earlier this year. Hopefully the continuation of the Star Trek brand at Comic Con is indicative of more general Star Trek releases on the way.
Uglydoll creator David Horvath also shared an image of the redshirt meeting his demise while joining the senior officers in a landing party. Check that out after the jump:

Star Trek UglyDolls revealed
A few months ago Pretty Ugly revealed they would be releasing a range of Star Trek themed UglyDoll products, and now Urban Collector has posted the first look at those new Star Trek styled characters. Coming in January are two ranges of five characters, UglyDoll's Wage as Captain Kirk, Ox as Spock, Ice-Bat as Scotty, Babo as Doctor McCoy, and Tray as Uhura. All five character will be offered both as twelve inch tall plushes, or three-and-a-half inch clips. Check them out:
Both Urban Collector's listings are to buy them by the case. I'd imagine other retailers will be offering them individually at a later date!

Star Trek Uglydolls

So far StarTrek.com have revealed how the Uglydoll characters will be transformed into TOS versions of themselves: Wave as Captain Kirk, Ox as Spock, Ice-Bat as Scotty, Babo as Doctor McCoy, and Tray as Uhura. The sixth character bellow was posted by Toysrevil, and I believe is the Uglydoll character Jeero, possibly as Sulu.
Star Trek wont be the first licensed variation of the Uglydolls, they already do DC Comics, Universal Monsters, KISS, and Hello Kitty. Based on those properties, I would anticipate we will see at the very least plushes and keychains of these new Star Trek versions. Indeed plush versions of the first five characters have already been seen on display at the Las Vegas Licensing Expo (again via Toysrevil):
