New Spocks from Super7's ReAction Figures and Funko's Pop! vinyls

Two distinctive new Spock action figures/figurines are on the way from Super7's ReAction Figures range, and and Funko's Pop! vinyl line. Continue below to check them out.

First up from the ReAction Figures (which are retro styled-action figures at 3¾ inch scale) we have a Target exclusive Spock(ad), with one hand posed in the Live Long and Prosper salute. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this figure is the very distinctive packaging, which is itself a die cut Live Long and Proper hand!

TNG ReAction Figures coming soon from Super7

Super7, makers of the retro-styled 3¾ inch scale ReAction Figures are returning to Star Trek with a new TNG collection. They have now revealed an assortment of six characters, which include Captain Picard, Worf, Data, Guinan, Wesley Crusher, and a Borg. These are described as wave one by Super7, so presumably more of the TNG crew will be following later. Continue below for a closer look at each of them:

Retro action figures beaming down

There is a definite retro flavour to the latest Star Trek action figures. New from Funko, and exclusive to Entertainment Earth, the ReAction Figures range of Kenner style three-and-three-quarter inch action figures has its first Star Trek variants; mid-beaming versions of Kirk and Spock, complete with transporter effect glitter! Both are due to arrive this month, and will join the previous eight figures in the range so far.

Meanwhile, if you prefer a larger format old-school figure, you'll have to wait until January, when the first release in Diamond Select Toys reissues of their retro cloth action figures is due. The first pair to return will be Spock and Khan. Based on this, DST might be changing up the grouping of these figures, as in the first run of releases Spock came out paired with the Andorian, while Khan was a lonely retailer exclusive, so he's getting a wider release this time around.

Star Trek ReAction figures wave 2

Official images of the second wave in Funko's Star Trek ReAction figure range have been released. This second set of four retro Kenner-style three-and-three-quarter inch figures is due out in July, according to Entertainment Earth. We get a diverse mix of characters this time: Captain Kirk and Scotty of the Enterprise, joined by Vina in her Orion slave girl guise, and the Gorn. Check them all out below:

Star Trek ReAction figures

Funko have revealed the first Star Trek action figures in their retro-style ReAction range. Modeled on the classic Kenner three-and-three-quater inch action figures, the ReAction figures feature five points of articulation and an accessories, presented on retro styled packaging.

The Star Trek range will include Spock, Uhura, McCoy, and Sulu (check them all out after the jump), and is just the latest classic sci-fi brand to join the range, following Alien, Firefly, Back to the Future, and many others. Entertainment Earth already have these up for pre-order, anticipating a March arrival.
