New Visions #11: Of Woman Born
Written and photo-manipulated by John Byrne.
A god cannot die, and a story never truly ends. Dr. McCoy confronts Captain Kirk with a staggering discovery -- Lt. Carolyn Palamas is pregnant with the child of Apollo. Or is she? Find out in "Of Woman Born," courtesy of photomanipulator extraordinaire, John Byrne.

Posting on his forums, John Byrne made an interesting note of the origin of this story:
James Blish ended his adaptation of "Who Mourns for Adonais" with a scene that was not in the filmed version. To this day I do not know if it was in the original teleplay. But it created a small itch in my mind.

Now scratched!
Byrne also confirmed that his planned photo-comic adaptation of The Cage will be going ahead!

The New Adventures, Volume 3
Written by Mike Johnson, with art by Erfan Fajar, Yasmin Liang, and Joe Corroney.
After the events of Star Trek Into Darkness, the U.S.S. Enterprise embarks on a new five-year mission of exploration. Collects the stories “The Khitomer Conflict,” “Parallel Lives,” “I, Enterprise,” and “Lost Apollo” from issues #25–34 of the ongoing Star Trek series.

This book has a new cover by John Watson.
