Really bummed they didn't bother to mold the lower shuttle/cargo bay properly, or even try to. Reminds me of the old Micro-Machines.

Also, is it just me remembering things wrong, or was the Excelsior more of a pale blue? The Hot Wheels, DST, and this all color it white--colors I associate with the Ent-B, but NOT the Excelsior.Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06756314199036780238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-734769081735169113.post-82534259278353781632014-01-10T08:21:52.103+00:002014-01-10T08:21:52.103+00:00I think the Eaglemoss NX-01 has a big edge in it&#...I think the Eaglemoss NX-01 has a big edge in it's amazing aztecing, but agree the Hot Wheels one looks pretty decent. Most NX models do in fact, having such a detailed CG model available makes it easier I guess.

And thanks for all the FYIs! I thought the same was true of the NX-01, too.

FYI: EM just told me that subs are coming to Canada in February, woo hoo! I like supporting my local comic shop but this makes life easier.

FYI #2: New waves of Attack Wing have been put up for solicitations, compiled here: http://static4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140105215535/memoryalpha/en/images/4/4d/Star_Trek_Attack_Wing_Expansion_Waves.jpgAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-734769081735169113.post-10334082360814359162014-01-09T22:51:33.347+00:002014-01-09T22:51:33.347+00:00Is the deflector slightly off centre and to the si...Is the deflector slightly off centre and to the side on anyone elses?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-734769081735169113.post-67587261677152954152014-01-09T19:00:29.641+00:002014-01-09T19:00:29.641+00:00I think the Miranda is a contender for best model ...I think the Miranda is a contender for best model in the collection so far. I agree completely that it feels rather small compared to the other models due to the shape of the ship, as well as feeling very light.

I picked up the Miranda today and it's a very nice model. It's got a great amount of detail.Cubehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11902639534632731433noreply@blogger.com
